Carl Froch and Andre Ward The Favourites In Super 6 Betting

The Super 6 tournament seems to have been running for some time now but we are finally heading towards the conclusion with the search to find the best Super-Middleweight fighter on the planet. We already know that the brilliant Andre Ward is in the final and he will be facing either Carl Froch or Glen Johnson for the right to be crowned the king of the 12 stone division. Froch and Johnson face each other this weekend in the second Semi-Final and most believe that Froch is the one to beat with the Cobra the odds on favourite with Boylesports, the man fromĀ  Nottingham is the current WBC Champ and a final showdown with Ward is a mouthwatering prospect.

Froch has been fighting all comers over the past few years with only one defeat against Mikkel Kessler to his name so far, he bounced back from that last time though when he comprehensively out boxed Arthur Abraham to reclaim the World title. He faces the ageing Glen Johnson in the Super 6 Semi-Final and he is priced at 2/9 with Boylesports to claim the win by any method while Johnson is the rank outsider at a price of 10/3 with the same bookmaker to claim an unlikely win.

In terms of the overall Super 6 Betting it is Andre Ward who is the clear favourite to claim the win and that comes after he destroyed Arthur Abraham on points last time out, the American is waiting in the final and can be backed at 4/11 with Boylesports.com to claim the win. Ward will need to be wary of Carl Froch though as the Nottingham fighter has shown his resilience on a number of occasions recently when faced with adversity, the Cobra should reach the final and at the moment is available at 9/4 with Boylesports to claim the overall Super 6 Crown later in the year.
